A referral from a medical practitioner is required to qualify for a medicare rebate.  Rates for consultations do vary between clinicians.  Our reception staff will be able to give you clearer advice about expected costs when you ring.

Initial appointments often take just under 1 hour.  The frequency and duration of future appointments will vary depending on the situation and problems.

Clinicians often find it useful to involve carers or family members at some point during therapy.  This is only ever carried out with the consent of the patient.  There will also be communication with the referring agency such as your General Practitioner.
